Phone Migration to Microsoft Teams
Ring! Ring! Experitec has adopted a new method of collaboration by migrating to Microsoft Teams Cloud based phone system.
Microsoft Teams is redefining how Experitec employees are working together to provide “No Equal” customer service. We have been upgrading infrastructure, training employees, and making system updates all to improve our reliability and capability to effectively serve our customers. As part of this transition, our direct phone numbers for our Lenexa, KS and Bartlett, TN offices have changed (please see below). Our main line remains unchanged and available 24/7 for supporting our customer's needs around the clock.
This transition will help our customer service team route calls more efficiently. The creation of call queues for Experitec teams will ensure our customer’s calls are not only being answered but directed to specific employees ready to help answer any customer questions.
Other benefits of the migration include increased workforce productivity and efficiencies, ease of collaboration, unified communication, reduced IT and network management and equipment costs, and increased customer service levels.
