Rosemount™ 5402 Level Transmitter - Non-Contacting Radar
The Rosemount 5402 Level Transmitter provides accurate level measurements of liquids, slurries and solid materials.
The non-contacting measurement technology with no moving parts requires minimum maintenance. It measures the level top down and is therefore unaffected by most fluid property changes, like density or viscosity. The Rosemount 5402 uses high frequency (26 GHz) radar, a preferred choice for most applications. Available with 4-in. cone or parabolic antenna for solids measurements or with process seal antenna for corrosion and condensation resistance. Its narrow beam makes it suitable for mounting on valves, taller nozzles and smaller openings.
