Responding to an early morning emergency call on a holiday weekend, Experitec’s business unit leader was the first responder to the facility—arriving in less than four hours—to set, retest, and start up a critical valve that had lifted. While these events can occur during any start-up procedure, our emergency response team took ownership of the problem and ensured that the customer was able to successfully generate power before we left.
This customer now uses Experitec as its sole source for PRVs and related services, in addition to taking care of its other valve services needs.
Here’s How Our Emergency Response System Works:
Any call that comes into our 888 number goes to a centralized service that transcribes the call and then sends push notifications to a chain of command, until someone responds. There’s an assigned rotation for our people who are ‘on call’, so that all our technicians share the responsibility. Whoever takes the call is considered the first responder and is in charge of the project. Our chain of command goes all the way up to the president of our company, if necessary.
