This customer had a shortage of experienced I&C personnel due to promotions, retirements, and job changes. Any newly hired personnel to backfill these positions had a learning curve that needed to be addressed before they could work independently.
To meet this interim need, they used our technicians on week-long rotations to ensure their daily I&C needs were accomplished. We also provided on-the-job training to advance the learning of their newer technicians.
