E&I Fundamentals Hands-on Technician Training

June 16, 2026

Not all training is created equally. That's why Experitec created the Performance Learning Platform (PLP)TM as a mobile "plant on wheels" designed to close the gap between plant performance, safety, and human reliability. This instructor-led, hands-on class delivers an immerse and realistic training environment emulating a live process... with live equipment, live failures, live troubleshooting, and real-world examples. Practical exercises aimed at teaching the way Technicians learn best - by applying skill sets, building repetition, and observing mistakes - ensure maximum knowledge retention and develop a solid foundation for future talent development. Traditional classroom training with manuals and PowerPoint can only take you so far. The PLP's holistic approach to learning systems and how their constituent pieces work together establishes enduring competencies, aptitudes, and confidence that translate directly to your facility and operations.

What You'll Experience

  • Instructor-led learning for Technicians, Operators,
  • Engineers, and Maintenance & Reliability Professionals
  • Real production equipment with valves, instruments,
  • control systems, HMIs, pumps, motors, and more
  • Hands-on labs, workshops, guided exercises
  • Self-paced and group-monitored activities
