Daniel Preamplifiers for Liquid Turbine Meters
PROD-flow-daniel-liquid-turbine-preamplifier-hero
Preamplifiers are a key component within Daniel™ Liquid Turbine Meters that reliably amplify and condition the low voltage, high impedance output emitted by the pickoff coil, transforming this output into high-voltage, low impedance pulses.
Regardless of low or high frequencies, the preamplifier matches the characteristic output of the turbine meter to ensure continuous signal transmission. It offers high sensitivity at low frequencies to enable the meter to effectively measure the lowest possible flow rates while reduced sensitivity at high frequencies prevents spurious counting due to radio frequency interference (RFI) and other spurious signals to improve measurement accuracy.
